Adjustable Control Arms:
- Proper adjustment of axle position, pinion and caster angles is crucial for smooth on-road driving, top off-road articulation and overall performance. When everything is dialed in, your vehicle performs better—not just on day one, but for years to come.
- The Gladiator control arms feature unique bushings with an oversized knurled outer washer that provides excellent clamping force. Proper clamping eliminates “death wobble” and ensures better handling.
- The lower control arm housings are reinforced with 5/16” thick steel, preventing dents or structural failure. On the opposite end, a heavy-duty tube insert is press-fitted, plug-welded, and then fully robotic welded for maximum precision and strength.
Panhard bar :
- Proper axle alignment is essential for safe driving and stability. Our panhard bars are made from heavy-duty DOM tubing, 1 3/8” x 5/16”, offering increased wall thickness and exceptional durability.
- The adjustable rod end is specifically designed for the Jeep Gladiator JT, with an extended body for easier access to the jam nut. The frame end features a silent, self-centering Giiro bushing that requires no maintenance, offering excellent noise and vibration isolation.
- NEW: The kit now includes the updated rear JT track bar with a bend for improved tire clearance.
Coil springs:
- We use linear, dual-rate and triple-rate coil springs depending on the vehicle, lift height and load requirements.
- Linear rate springs: Ideal for most applications. They don’t contact each other, reducing wear and extending service life.
- Dual rate springs: The initial coil set is fully compressed and acts as a spacer, helping retain the spring at full articulation.
- Triple rate springs: Best suited for the rear of the Jeep JT due to added weight and cargo space.
- All springs are finished with SealKor powder coat and zinc-rich base for superior rust and corrosion protection.
Sway bar links:
- Proper sway bar link angles improve handling and off-road performance. The higher the lift, the more critical the angles become.
- Extended sway bar links ensure the suspension is not limited, prevent binding, and help control body roll on-road.
- Bolt-on installation, pre-greased, with Teflon-coated Heim joints.
Bump stops:
- Essential to limit suspension travel before the tire hits the chassis or the shock maxes out.
- Front: 3 ¼” UHMW bump stops that can be trimmed to fit your needs.
- Rear: 3” steel spacers with pre-drilled holes for optional add-on spacers.
Giiro Joint (or Giiro Bushing):
- An advanced dual-durometer bushing made of proprietary polyurethane blend.
- Requires no lubrication or maintenance, operates silently, and self-aligns for smooth articulation with no play.
- Absorbs vibration and isolates the chassis from axle noise—ideal for daily driving and on-road comfort.

- It’s greaseable and serviceable, ensuring long life and precise suspension control, even under extreme conditions like crawling, full flex or jump landings.

- Designed for Diesel, utilizing a slightly higher free length, as well as an increased spring rate of 216 lbs/in. These springs are built to handle the extra weight of your diesel engine while offering the same smooth and comfortable driving experience as our non-diesel coils.
- This kit allows for tire fitment up to 39” on Rubicon models and up to 37” on Sport or Sahara models. In both cases, proper offset (backspacing) is required to ensure adequate clearance and prevent rubbing.
